What can I do on the free plan?
Quite a lot. You get a personalised milestone timeline, daily check-ins, recovery logs with charts, a private text journal, calendar events, recovery notes, select recovery tools, and equipment recommendations. The free plan has no time limit and no adverts.
What does premium add?
Premium unlocks journal photo and video uploads, the ability to share your journal publicly or privately with a password, a Support Contact who receives automated notifications when you log recovery activity, advanced recovery tooling, surgery specific rehab tools, and the option to export your recovery logs.
Are these recurring subscriptions?
Yes. Each paid plan renews automatically at the end of your billing period. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends.
Which plan is right for me?
Most recoveries are complete within 3 months, which is why the 3 month plan is our most popular. For joint replacements or spinal surgeries that take longer, the 6 or 12 month plans offer better value per month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to the free plan with no data lost.
